It is a bodega with a full time butcher. They serve pork roast( either a butt or shoulder) during the week for lunch and it is really good. It is located across the street from the Coachman Shelter, not sure if that might deter you. Fri Apr 18 13:31:34 -0700 2008 3607973 91796 chowdom 1 3608182 not sure if you asked the butcher in the Stop and Shop, but most supermarkets have pork butts get deliveries every couple of days. they use them to make sausage. they dont always put them in the cases so you oftentimes simply have to ask, or call a day or two in advance and have them hold one for you. as far as backs and butts and feet, generally speaking, go to your nearest spanish or latino neighborhood and go to whatever market is there.
