Where to find Caputo flour?

I'm looking for type 00 Caputo flour for pizza dough. Has anyone seen it in San Francisco? I was thinking of looking for it at local Italian markets, but thought I would check to see if anyone knows off hand. Thanks!

I think that I saw some at Lucca Ravioli on Valencia. If they don't have it, then you can mail order to King Arthur Flour. Their "Italian-Style Flour" is an American clone of 00 flour. http://www.kingarthurflour.com

There are various kinds of 00 flour. The number specifies the grind and whiteness, but protein and gluten levels vary. Some of the 00 flours intended for pasta might not give as good results as the Caputo "ideale per pizza" flour.

If you can't find it locally, here's a great source for mail order.
