The closest to Pinkberry would be Berry Chill (I think) - http://beta.gracenotesnyc.com/2008/05... - their toppings are pretty interesting (Girl scout cookies, starfruit, and the typical berries) and they have a frequent buyer's program that is convenient (and I think they deliver). Yoberri's fro-yo wasn't that great (too icy and not enough flavor) and Bloomingdales' fro-yo is really great (Frogurt) but it doesn't really taste like Pinkberry. Good luck in your fro-yo adventure!

There are several options in Chicago (Yoberri, Berry Chill, and Starfruit) and a few more in the burbs...

They're opening up a Red Mango in Evanston supposedly this spring, and it looks to be a pinkberry-type place (http://www.redmangousa.com/).

There's a new place called Berry Chill on State and Ontario that reminds me of Pinkberry. The original/plain flavor has the same tangy yogurt-y taste as Pinkberry's original. The fruit toppings are fresh and work really well with the original flavor. I think their granola or cereal toppings would taste good too. They don't have the Green Tea flavor, but as far as I recall, they offer latte, chocolate, and strawberry-banana flavors.
