Best Izakaya for Group: Inexpensive but Good?

Looking for the best place to celebrate a Bday with a small group of friends. Around 6 people and looking to spend around $40 each more so on beer and light on food. But still looking for a place that serves good food for a reasonable price. As long as there are cheaper alternatives, the price per head isnt applicable...Right now Riki is the place I'm leaning to- any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much
