Reading this - very fun - if you are interested in culinary extremes, I recommend it highly. Lots of bizarre facts (did you know armadillos harbor leprosy? I certainly didn't) and as dispassionate descriptions of eating the wild and sometimes wooly as possible. Had always wondered about balut: now I know!
