Need black radish recipe
I am trying to reproduce a dish my mother made with black radish and onions saured in chicken fat. I'd appreciate any help!
I just made it this afternoon and its delicious. My grandmother called it retach. I took one black radish and grated it and about a handful of chopped onion and a hard boiled egg, you chop it all together and chop,chop chop and put enough chicken fat to bind it all together. Some salt and pepper and voila.
