Hand made tortillas
Anyone know where I can find authentic hand made tortillas in the Bay Area?

I'm not a Primavera fan. I don't recognize them as a tortilla. They are at various farmers markets though.
Where are you looking to buy them. From your name I'm guessing Marin which I don't have a good feel for tortilla-wise. However, Rancho Gordo that sells at the Sunday Marin Farmers market makes a very good tortilla.
My favorite tortilla in the Bay Area remains La Boriquena in downtown Oakland Much better than La Palma's. It is the corny gold-standard, IMO. Get some chips while there too.

La Perla in South San Francisco makes their own tortillas. They sell them to go for $3.00 per dozen.

Primavera, with a stand at the Saturday Ferry Building Farmer's Market (in the back on the south side), sells amazing small and medium handmade tortillas. They're so great that my mom request I bring her a cooler full of them when I traveled home a few weeks ago.
