Preferably in the upper 40s or lower 50s, Midtown West.
Haven't been to the Palm on the west side, but went to the east side one. Lobster was definitely the best I had in the city.
If it doesn't have to be whole, Le Bernardin has a really, really good baked lobster dish as part of the tasting menu.
