McCormick & Schmick's
I have a $75 gift certificate for McCormick and Schmick's that I will be using on Saturday. Any favorites? Are the desserts worth ordering? Anything to stay away from? Thanks!
I had some muddy catfish once. You'd think they'd be able to source that properly.
Order off the fresh catch list.
If they still have a very dense chocolate cake, that was worth ordering. We got it free for a birthday lunch a few years ago and still remember it.
Here in Austin the menu changes twice daily to reflect what fresh fish has come in, so the menu changes often. I have eaten there 5 or 6 times and only been disappointed once. And if none of the recipes suit your fancy they will be glad to prepare the fresh fish in another way, which means you can have whatever fish you want just grilled if you prefer.
I am a big fan ...
McCormick's is sending me $100 in gift certificates..their customer service department is first class and wish more corporate companies would follow suit!
I had no idea they had bar food that cheap..
Do you know if they have the $1.95 bar menu at the San Diego location in the Omni Hotel?
Let us know what you had dinami and have a great time!
I like the parmasean encrusted talapia. I get it every time I go (if it's on the menu). They usually have a pretty large lunch menu at decent prices.
M & S, I have eaten there a couple of times, and found it to be a little above a Red Lobster as far as food, and quality. The sour dough bread they offered at the start of the meal was good, and the fish was decent although overpriced. I had a fettucini dish with rock shrimp & scallops at lunch that was pretty good with a nice rich cream sauce.
I'd maybe go back for lunch but not for dinner.
