Best Udon

Hey Hounds--
I'm looking for help finding some of the best Yaki Udon in Boston/Cambridge/Somerville. I travel by T mostly, so I'd prefer some suggestions that don't require me driving!

Thanks!

I like the vegetable yaki udon at JP Seafood Cafe. (Choice of mild or spicy.) Nice chewy noodles.

The only places I've seen serve yaki udon is in Chinatown, not at any Japanese restaurants (though udon soup is plenty available at the Japanese eateries). Can't say what's best though, as I don't like yaki udon. I find the noodles too thick, and the meal too heavy when they're stir-fried.
