West Burbs MSP Lunch?

Hi all, MSP Chowhounds,
I've read the threads relating to St Louis Park, Golden Valley, and all other threads regarding eats in the western suburbs. Even with all that information, I could use your help.
I pick up my uncle from Courage Center on Wednesdays and take him out to lunch. I have ideas of where to go, I need more, to add variety. There are a few parameters I need to add to my info request.
While western burbs would be preferable, I am willing to drive a reasonable distance (< 10 miles, < 5 would be better). The area should cover between Courage Center in Golden Valley and the environs of his house near 494 and Minnetonks Blvd.
The place needs to be handicap accessible.
Low noise level is preferable, but we are talking about lunch, so it's understandable if that can't be covered.
No Indian or Chinese. While I constantly crave both, uncle already gets Chinese and leftovers once a week and does not like Indian food.
If there is one vegetarian selection for me, so much the better. I'm willing to do fries and a side salad if not, but I'm thinking Famous Daves and Uncle Frankys are out of the running.
We went to Santorini last week and had a blast. I shared my saganaki and my uncle's a changed man. His chicken sandwich was ok, though really difficult to eat due to its monstrous size. My Greek salad was probably the best Greek salad I've ever had. The salad had a lot of pepperoncini, and though overly dressed, I do like that dressing, so it was great.
I also found out that Santorini should be in its current location at least until August 2008.
Your anticipated help in expanding our horizons beyond Chammps (and Santorini) is greatly appreciated.
Good Day Cafe, just off 394. The room tends to be noisy, though. (Bare concrete floors will do that.)
If Japanese is OK, Origami in Ridgedale is an excellent choice. Not loud at all, right at the mall entrance, so very accessible.
Pastrami Jack's, near 62 and Shady Oak. Good corned beef sandwiches, matzoh ball soup, and the like.
Vegetarian options available at all of these.
Yum in St. Louis Park on Minnetonka Blvd. Counter ordering, table served. Soups, salads, sandwiches, sides. Not inexpensive, but good. Definite veggie options.
Crossroads Deli near Cedar Lake Rd and Hopkins Crossroads- both jewish-style deli foods, and some other salads, entrees, etc. Also lots of veggie options.
Also, Bacio at 394 and Plymouth Rd. Not so quiet, but you can get a booth and that makes it easier. Owned by the same people who own Ciao Bella in Edina and Zelo in downtown Mpls. Sort of Italian, but mostly continental fare. Lots of veggie options.
Have fun exploring!

There's a few nice spots up the road in Robbinsdale. (Go through Theo Wirth Park!)
Athen's Cafe is very good, simple cheap greek food, with a good number of vegetarian options. (Also available, but not on the menu is Veggie Pie, Cheese Pie, and Spicy Falafel). Food quality is better than Santorini, but atmosphere is non-existant. Everything is served on styrofoam plates with plastic forks.
Thistle's would be a very nice quiet lunch. I've never been blown away, but stuff is pretty good, and the atmosphere is very nice.
