In addition to fresh tangerines/oranges the recipe calls for 3 Tbs. Triple Sec to be added to the filling. Since 3 Tbs. isn't that much I'm sure I could substitute something else, but what? The brandy is unnecessary unless you want a little taste of the alcohol.
