Organic Restaurants
A friend is coming to town for her mom's 60th. Her mom would like to try an Organic Restaurant. Location isn't an issue and as far as I know price isn't but nothing ridiculous either. Basically a place like Per Se is out of the question.
Suggestions?

Josie's or I believe Pure Food and Wine is as well, but it's vegeterian.

by the way Pure Food and Wine is RAW food, yes vegetarian, but RAW. I just wanted to let everyone know. I've never been to the restaurant, but I like the snacks that are sold in the local Whole Foods.
