Organic Restaurants

A friend is coming to town for her mom's 60th. Her mom would like to try an Organic Restaurant. Location isn't an issue and as far as I know price isn't but nothing ridiculous either. Basically a place like Per Se is out of the question.

Suggestions?

These are all "local" seasonal restaurants, they will have some organic items:

    BLT Market: http://bltmarket.com/pdf/dinner-menu.pdf
    Insieme: http://restaurantinsieme.com/dinner.pdf
    Blue Hill: http://www.bluehillnyc.com/menu2.html
    Park Avenue Spring: http://www.parkavenyc.com/spring/menu...

Little (read VERY small) italian place at 11 Bleeker St.: Quartino Bottega Organica 212-529-5133, also serve organic/biodynamic wine

by the way Pure Food and Wine is RAW food, yes vegetarian, but RAW. I just wanted to let everyone know. I've never been to the restaurant, but I like the snacks that are sold in the local Whole Foods.
