Does anyone know how to substitute cocoa powder for unsweetened chocolate since there are no unsweetened chocolate bars for passover?

My box of Nestle cocoa powder says:

3 level Tablespoons + 1 Tablespoon shortening or oil=1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate

Hope you have a happy Passover!

is that pure shortening or vegetable oil in liquid form?

Either will work, but the oil is a little less bad for you- I use cocoa + vegetable oil year round as a replacement for unsweetened chocolate, since it's hard to find non-dairy.
