Best ceviche in Birmingham, AL?

What restaurant serves the best ceviche in or near Birmingham, AL? How pricey?

I do a pretty good one. But I mostly make it at the beach with fresh catch from Goatfeathers.
I know in the past the Mexican/Peruvian place on Green Springs Highway, Sabor Latino, once made ceviche on the weekend.

I think that Sol y Luna also has one or two ceviche dishes, but I am not sure that I have ever had them (if so, it has been a long time ago). However, I think that their food in general is very good.

There is a very good dish at Jinsei called Jinseiviche (sp?). They don't have a web site and I don't recall exactly what is in it, but I think it is shrimp, perhaps some squid, mango (and some other tropical fruits) and onions. I have been there a number of times and fall into the habit of ordering the same thing each time, but the waitress recommended this on a recent visit and it was excellent. I think it is @ $12.00.
