Sweets for my sweet

One of my favorite places in toronto is The Sweet Gallery for desserts. They have wonderful coffee there, always fresh and the best assortment of European desserts like sacher torte cakes, apple strudel and black forest cake. If you have not yet been there it is a worthwhile pit stop.......You might even run into Radi and Lydia, the owners of the place....

I also enjoy The Open Window Bakery on Bloor Street West and Pastry Villa in Streetsville. If you know of any other good "sweet" places let me know...I might be around sometime soon.

  1. I like the Sweet Gallery too for that European feel and taste. If you like European style desserts, you should check out the Konditor in the west part of Beach area (not like your beach, lol). And if you're in the area, the Belgian Chocolate Shop at the eastern end of the Beach has chocolates and truffles to die for.

    1. Try Ma Maison (Royal York/Dundas, across from the Kingsway Mills shopping centre). I don't hear/read many people mentioning this place, but IMHO they have some of the nicest croissants in the city, and their cake display case is enough to make you drool. Croissant pudding served with creme anglais...enough said.
