Yes, I've got that NYC urge again and before I fly to Arthur Ave. in the Bronx, does anyone know a LA restaurant that serves NY style baked clams - in the shell, stuffed with bread crumbs? Thanks, Hounds.

  1. Clams Oreganata. The Palm and Matteo's have them. I seem to recollect seeing them at La Dolce Vita as well.

BLT Steak has a nice version too.

Dana Tana's has them too. An okay version but not great.

    2. Jervy, wow I love those clams. I remember the Palm on Santa Monica does a nice rendition and that was 10 years ago. I am going to a Yankee game in June any recs for Arthur ave? My email address is in my blog spot if you would be so kind..
