What to do with large leftover veggie tray?

Someone brought us a large veggie tray today with cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Not much was eaten. Does anyone have a clue what we can do to make the most of the leftovers? I also have lots of leftover sliced onions, tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. use your imagination, please.

    1. Roast the tomatoes, make stir fry with the broccoli & pea pods, caramelize the onions and add to just about anything, carrot into soup, make burgers to use the lettuce on. Or use any/all in soup.

        1. Blanch the veggies and freeze for a later use.

            1. Soup!

                1. korma, something like this....when i made it, it was a fridge cleaner, i even threw turnip and fennel stalks in there.

                    1. Steam the carrots with a meal, cut up the tomatoes and remove the peas from the pods and put in a green leaf salad, use the celery in tuna..AND TOSS THE BROCCOLI!! HA.
