I don't know if this is too late for you, but just spoke to my Dunsmuir dwelling friend. He still likes Senthong's but hasn't eaten there in about 6 months. He told me the guy who runs it basically does it for fun and so the hours vary. Not sure this helps at all.

We ate there in Sept. or October of last year...it's been one of the better choices we've made in the area. Mt. Shasta City has nothing I'd get crazy about recommending, although the grub at The Dugout was at least interesting. Senthongs was open...think it was a Saturday night. If you're looking for better, try the Railroad Park...they have a restaurant there, you'll need reservations, and the food was quite good, though more pricey.

Of all my trips to Dunsmuir in the last 5 years (approx once a month) Senthong's has never been open. (I don't think they are open for lunch on weekends.) I have a friend who lives in Dunsmuir. I'll try to locate him and ask if he has any recent opinions to offer.
