They'll pay out some cash for falsely labeling their product "Frozen Yogurt" and have to divulge their ingredients on their website.

You have to dig around on their website to find it, but you can now see that their "tastes so natural" product contains additives including citric acid, maltodextrin, mono and di glycerides, sodium citrate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, propylene glycol esters, guar gum, added color, yellow 5 lake, natural and artificial flavors, etc.
Sweeteners are "sucrose, fructose, dextrose". And there is also added nonfat dry milk and nonfat dry yogurt. Yum, yum, yum.

Yeah, and the court mandated that the lawsuit settlement should be on Pinkberry's website as well. Never liked Pinkberry. I tried Crazy Bananas last weekend. The place was so empty but the frozen yogurt tasted so much better and was cheaper. And the guy there was so nice. And Pinkberry, which was 1/2 block away, was so crowded with people. Just don't get it.

none of those are particularly bad things. I've never had Pinkberry, but I've read about the case. I know they had to pay out, but it is made with yogurt and is quite healthy, especially when compared to other frozen desserts.

Healthy can be quite a relative term. There are those who would argue that Haagen Daaz is more healthy because it's made with ingredients like milk, cream and sugar versus yellow 5 lake, artificial flavors, etc. I think the big issue with Pinkberry was how they marketed it saying it's all natural when it is certainly not.
