Annapolis suggestions please

peril Apr 11, 2008 06:02 PM

We, along with another couple, will be in Annapolis on the 19th and 20th and were wondering if anyone can recommend any restaurants in the moderate price range. It will save me a lot of internet research. Thanks.

What type of food are you looking for?

My husband and I were there two weeks ago and had lovely meals at both Lewnes, which is a steakhouse, and Osteria 177, which is Italian.

Lewnes (lewnessteakhouse.com) is in Eastport and Osteria 177 (www.osteria177.com) is right in town, on Main Street.

    Hope this helps. Enjoy!

The Boatyard Bar & Grill serves a GREAT breakfast/brunch. They're located in Eastport, a leisurely walk across the bridge just past the Marriott. You can also take the water taxi from City Dock in town - across the harbor to the Eastport side.

The place is light and airy with a nautical decor. The food along with the service is excellent. The place is very popular with the local residents, sailors and tourists in the know!
