How was it? I pulled up the site after seeing your post, was there more food content in person?

No there was not! That was actually my only gripe about 3B. Not a large variety of food, and a pretty confusing menu.
Otherwise it is a great neighborhood joint, very comfy and relaxing. Good sandwiches and a great selection of microbrews and wines. Plus, if you're into the whole cycling scene in Orlando, you definitely want to check it out. Or if you're not, you still definitely want to check it out!
