I am going to Pujol in a couple of weeks, and I am hoping for some advice on what to order. I realize everyone has their own tastes, but there must be some consensus out there about what they serve that is unbelievable. Thanks!

If it's still on the menu the Cappuccino of Sopa de Flor de Calabasa is sublime. It's a richly decadent and elegant squash soup topped with coconut foam and a dusting of nutmeg. It's served in a double old fashioned glass to showcase the layers and vibrant color.

I actually ate there last night and had the squash blossom cappuccino as part of the tasting menu. I can't recall if it was on the regular menu. Will write a proper recap of the meal soon.

I would like to recommend you to go for their tasting menu, which offers their strong dishes in smaller portion, so you can try a little bit (?) of various dishes.

When you dine at Pujol, you should try Mexican wines.
Very few restaurants in Mexico City offer good selection of Mexican wines like Pujol does.

Among their selection, the wines of Vinas Pijoan of Valle de Guadalupe are my favorite.
Especially Leonora of Vinas Pijoan goes really well with the tasting menu. You won't be disappointed.
