        <content>Can't seem to find this anywhere !! I find Spelt, i found Farro, I found bulgur.......etc etc...no wheatberries.....help?

      <content>Which nutritional components are you interested in?  Aren't spelt and farro relatives to wheat?  Do those two differ much?  Do you even know what variety of wheat you are using (hard spring, soft etc)?
