breakfast in columbia heights?

Hey, I am doing breakfast post target run in columbia heights and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? I'm never in that 'hood and i've heard mixed things about florida ave grill. please NO suggestions for adams morgan/woodley/cleveland park.

The Heights across the street has French toast and other brunch dishes (Sat/Sun only). On 11th and Lamont is the 11th Street Deli with wicked breakfasts every day.

I know that Red Rocks recently added a brunch menu (http://firebrickpizza.com/brunch.htm) and the omelets and waffles I saw there looked great.

not sure it's breakfasty, but sticky fingers has scones, muffins, I think even some "egg" things, and you can get coffee.

I lurve it there.
