Just sheer quality ... also being the only game in this area helps. Thanks for the update.

We ate lunch there today, and have been there many times over the past 2 years as I work near Richmond. It's always been a reliable place to eat. However, today I had the smoked chicken salad which was much too salty to eat. They also are not accepting credit cards anymore. A lady who looked like she might be the owner said it'll cost $1000 to fix the machine and they take about $1000/mo in fees, so they're thinking about not replacing the CC machine. Such worrying about credit card charges sounds like a restaurant that's in trouble.

Seems like the place might be having some problems, which would be a darn shame..
