Dinner rec for TriBeCa / Financial District border

Need a bit of help on this one - I have a friend in town staying at the Embassy Suites by the WTC site; we're looking for a place down in that area to have dinner at; he's got his wife and newborn baby with as well, so minimal travel sans car is key; not too expensive, $30 /pp (no alcohol).

I'm totally blanking on what's down there, let alone a "baby friendly" place; oh, and no vietnamese food (we're from Seattle, there's no comparison).

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the help all; we settled on Petite Abeille (They did Italian last night), great rec, had the beer/bacon mussels, it was fantastic.

Gigino Trattoria on Greenwich (they can walk from the Embassy Suites) is a cozy Italian with a brick oven...It will be fine with a baby and the adults will enjoy the food.

Yes! I often took my daughter to Gigino when she was a baby. Also Odeon.
