Little Sichuan's Spicy Dry-Cooked Shrimp
I'm no longer in the bay area but I so much miss that delicious dry-cooked shrimp they serve at Sittle Sichuan restaurant in San Mateo. Now in the East Coast I've never found anything similar. Those recipes I've found on the internet are not at all similar. Has anyone who knows the dish tried to make it or have access to their recipe ? Thanks.
