Catfish Help?

I have a lot of catfish. How it made it into my freezer is a long story, but I finally decided to use them. Planning to make a vietnamese claypot dish, I defrosted one. I came home today to discover, now, that I infact defrosted 2 catfish by accident. I live with one other person, we're already gonna have catfish tonight and tomorrow for lunch with the one. What should I do with the other? I have dinner plans the next few nights, so if you have any thoughts on what I can do to make it last a few days, it would be greatly appreciated!

I would make 2 claypots and freeze the leftovers for future lunches.

You will need to cook another dish and refrigerate it. Not sure I understand the time frame "few" days and nights. I wouldn't risk leaving it uncooked for very long.

      Luck!
