What kind of flours?
I am new to baking and want to get a medium sized order from Bob's Red Mill's website...a dear friend of mine does not eat gluten, and I'm looking to do more whole grain breads...
What kinds of items/flours/etc. would you recommend I purchase?
Doesn't the Red Mill website have a bunch of non-gluten recipes? If so, how about making a list of the ingredients that these require, and order accordingly.
We have a VitaMix and a coffee/spice grinder so make most of our own: buckwheat, garbanzo, millet, quinoa, amaranth, brown rice, lentil. We buy sorghum flour.
