      <content>Ktaz's  has  good  loaf style  gefilte fish ,, so does  2nd ave deli.  If you want to make your own  add carp, to the whitefish and pike.  You can buy ground fish..   You put them in your pot  boiling with the  onions  etc  when the gefilte fish balls float they are  done.  Hot gefilte fish  tastes much better than cold,, and get good  horse radish to go with it ,, the  roe tastes good too ,so  throw that into the mix</content>
