Fresh hand-made pasta in Concord, NH?

Anyone know of a place in/around Concord that makes and sells fresh pasta? I'm too lazy to make my own, but love the real thing. The current issue of Saveur features recipes for authentic ragu/Bolognese sauces and I hate the idea of using regular pasta to accompany my attempt at the sauce.

Even with all the brands of "fresh" (refrigerated) pastas in the supermarkets, I've yet to find one that compares to true fresh pasta - they are nearly the same as the dried product from my experience.

Hi Dave, a bit of a drive, but IMO worth it is Joseph's in Haverhill MA, off 495, I believe it's exit 50 (Ward Hill) - they make their own & it's grown to quite a large business these past few years. Might be worth checking out.

Check Angela's Pasta and Cheese in Manchester NH.

Another possibility is Angela's on Chestnut Street on the north side of Manchester. They also have a good cheese, and wine selection, as well as other Italian specialties.
