Going away party in Center City

We're looking to throw a going away party for our friends who are moving out of the area. Any suggestions for a private room that can accommodate up to 16 adults and 10 toddlers? Ideally the menu would have grown-up options as well as kid-friendly options. And the venue would be relaxed enough to let 10 kids under age 5 run amok in a private room.

I don't know how "kid friendly" the menus are, but I believe that both Tinto and Amada have private rooms.

If you have price or cuisine constraints, now's the time to mention them.
