The menu was: amuse buoche, Osetra Caviar on blinis, First course, Lobster & Avocado Martini, Second, Seared Foie Gras with summer Corn- Duck tamale with Tropical fruit, Entree, Blue Cheese crusted Angus Filet etc, Desert, Summer PEACH trilogy, Chocolate Truffles, fruit jelles. Wines: Mags, 92 Beringer Merlot Howell Mountain, 98 Harrison, 97 Seavey, Billacart ROSE Champagne, 750's, Quintessa 97, Sauteurne 83 yquem, Arns 97 etc. Michael Jordan (GM) did an outstanding job and Andrew Sutton cooked a superb meal. The foie gras course was really fantastic, the chef prepared a sauce made from home grown loquats, wow... great pairing, also not too shabby with an '83 Y'Quem... great evening, great food, great wine, and great pals. If you haven't been to Napa Rose, you really must try it. Excellent restaurant, almost makes you forget you're in a Disney complex...
