Hi, Anyone know where I can get pear cider in Los Angeles? I tried one in NYC and now I am completely hooked.

The Yard House pours Wyder's on draft.

Pear, raspberry (yum) and apple.

be careful, Galco's beer and wine prices are way high. Pear cider isn't hard to find or unusual. Bevmo will have better prices, for sure.

Hard Pear Cider you can find at Trader Joe's ("Ace" pear cider), or in individual bottles at Cost Plus or BevMo (Wyders and also Woodchuck). I've never seen it at Whole Foods.

Do you men hard cider, also known as Perry? Or just pear juice?

For hard cider, look for Wyders, on tap at places lie Naja's, BJ's, Lucky Baldwin's, McG's, Village Idiot, Robin Hood, maybe Ye Olde King's Head.

Wyders is from Canada. Brother's is another brand from Britain. Doc's makes a sparkling pear cider. Woodchusk also makes pear cider.

The California Cider COmpany makes a nice one you can sometimes find-it's known as Ace apple, or pear cider. Look in the places mentioned above, or the liquor stores listed below.

If you want bottles to take home, try Beverages and More or Vendome.

Remember to also look for "perry"
