I'm in search for an oyster bar in or near Seattle. I've recently been to one in Portland that had really fresh oysters so hopefully i'll find one here that compares. Thanks.
I second the Brooklyn for their knowledgeable staff and great selection. I recommend the baker's dozen for a solid oyster 101. They offer cliff notes to boot!
Elliot's on the waterfront, Shucker's at the Fairmont on 4th Ave and Emmett Watson's if you are in the PP Market all have a good selection of local oysters.
