two meals downtown SF

hi- i will be "downtown/Embarcadero" area this sunday. i'm looking for a cheap good place for lunch-to-go and a nice place for dinner (medium price range, like $15/entree). any suggestions?

    lunch can be at the ferry building or pancho villa right next door. dinner you might try in chinatown
