A co-worker of mine has been trying to talk me into skipping our lunch-time workouts for the longest time, and heading to this spot around the corner from the office. Today, I finally acquiesced and boy am I glad I did...what a gem! I'd never had a papusa before...yum. The restaurant was bright and clean, the staff friendly. The servings were generous (understatement) and the food yummy. My $3 vegetarian burrito came with rice and beans, which I certainly didn't need after the papusa, but did manage to eat half of! Along with tasty chips and salsa - the salsa was very spicey and salty (a plus for me). This is a keeper, for sure.
