DC Dinner specials - Second tuesday of the month?

Am I mistaken or is there a special price at numerous restaurants on the second tuesday of every month in the DC-Adams Morgan area? Anyone know the list of participating restaurants? I had dinner on the second tuesday of the month at La Fourchette when I first encountered the special pricing.
