Conference in Anaheim

For some reason I find delving into the LA board particularly with regard to the Anaheim area a bit daunting. I am a San Francisco native who will be in Anaheim for a few days next for a work conference. I will have a car so driving is not an issue.

I am looking for three places for dinner that will not break the bank (trying to stay within my expense account limits) and has great food and good surroundings. While I like ambiance food is definitely more important. We definitely have our share of ethnic food in the Bay Area so it doesn't necessarily have to be Mexican, Spanish, Vietnamese or anything else, although I am a huge fan of Vietnamese. I love places that are ingredient driven and tend use organic products though this is not a deal breaker. To give you an idea of places that I found memorable when I was in LA (years ago since I've been). I loved AOC and The Little Door in westwood and if anyone is familiar with Region in San Diego I loved that restaurant too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
