      <content>Yes, I saw it on the menu at Red Stag last week.

Am going over to the other thread to write a paragraph about Red Stag, since I didn't try the marrow.  Next time....</content>

      <content>I had Red Stag's version of it last week and it was spot-on terrific. As close to St John's "marrow salad" as I've had, though the inclusion of the micro-salad at St John's was a balancing feature I missed. Super melty all the way through the bone, I was able to look through each when I finished. The forest mushrooms that accompanied were equally tasty. </content>

      <content>Lat time i had bone marrow was at La belle vie. It was served as an accompaniment to the beef tenderloin.  It was excellent.</content>
