Rimel butcher shop?

I recently read a small blurb somewhere that Matt Rimel of Zenbu and Rimel's Rotisserie is opening a butcher shop near Zenbu. It was one of those days that I spent too much time on the net, aimlessly following one food thread to another and can't recall the source. Anybody have the scoop?
