I just received a great bunch of spinach from my CSA and was looking for a new way to cook it. Has anyone done a gratin? If so, mind sharing the recipe?
I don't have a gratin recipe, but I do have a couple good quiche recipes and one for spanakopita if you are interested. Those are what happens to excess spinach at my house. :)
I've never made this spinach gratin, but it's always been on my list of things to try (I'm waiting for an occasion when I can justify making something so fattening!).
The only thing is that it calls for frozen spinach, so I'm not sure how that would translate using fresh spinach.
