Spinach Gratin?

I just received a great bunch of spinach from my CSA and was looking for a new way to cook it. Has anyone done a gratin? If so, mind sharing the recipe?

I've never made this spinach gratin, but it's always been on my list of things to try (I'm waiting for an occasion when I can justify making something so fattening!).

The only thing is that it calls for frozen spinach, so I'm not sure how that would translate using fresh spinach.

i've made ina garten's spinach gratin a bunch of times and it's always a hit - lots of cream and cheese :-) i'm sure if you search on her website or foodtv you'll find it

I tried ina's spinach gratin for thanksgiving for the first time and people went nuts over it. It was the hit of the dinner, and I had several requests for the recipe. It is now my go-to holiday veggie dish. It reheats very well, too.

I don't have a gratin recipe, but I do have a couple good quiche recipes and one for spanakopita if you are interested. Those are what happens to excess spinach at my house. :)
