My sister-in-law is trying to find a cake made of profiteroles. Anyone know where she can find this in Northern Jersey? She lives in Clifton but is willing to travel.
probably too late but Carlos Bakery in Hoboken NJ has this cake. best ever but expensive. it is actually a giant napolean with profiteroles all over the cake. got it for my daughters birthday and my friends said it was best cake they ever had.
