pre theater brunch/lunch?

We've got tickets at 2pm on a Sunday. All my brunch picks seem too far uptown (Barney Greengrass) or too far down town (Prune, Blaue Gans).

Maybe Sarabeth's at CPS or Bar Boulud? Any ideas?

    I haven't been there in a while, but if it doesn't have to be too ritzy, Le Madeleine is pleasant and convenient to the theater district.
