Both restaurants are way better than 888 Seafood, NBC Seafood, Ocean Star, and Sam Woo (Focus Plaza). I haven't tried MPV, so I don't have direct comparisons there. 1 Mandarin Restaurant in Fountain Valley: (rehearsal) can't remember the menu, but it had really great quality food. 2 Prince Seafood in Cerritos: (it's a fave for weddings) shark fin soup asparagus with chicken abalone and bok choy duck (served with hoisin) garlic/green onion sauteed lobster steamed whole fish noodles And yes, for those who've seen the movie by Ang Lee, it was an over-the-top kick ass party.
