looking for good Providence restaurant for large group

We are looking fun but good place for a group of 13 adults for dinner in the providence area. This is for Friday night. Good food, funky, not too loud but fun. Any suggestions?

Try Z Bar if you are looking for american fare. It is a medium size restaurant but can accommodate a party that size. Reasonable prices and good food. On the other hand, if you are looking for something more edgy with great drinks and ambiance, try the new Cuban Revolution at 60 Valley St.

What price range? Bluebird's selections are great but keep in mind XO and Ten are pretty pricey. Siena is excellent but does get very loud, more so on weekends. I wouldn't describe Parkside as funky but I think it'd be a great choice....nice menu, not expensive, comfortable. W/a call in advance (which I'm sure you planned to do w/a group that size), they'd probably set up one long table along the right-hand wall.
