Where to buy Banana Leaves in TO?

shocked Apr 1, 2008 01:27 PM

I saw a recipe recently which calls for banana leaves. I checked at my local Loblaws, as well as Whole Foods, and they do not carry them.
Where should I go to look for them?
(I live in the East end, work downtown- preferably suggestions around there...)

T&T on Cherry St. has them. In the freezer section past the bakery section.

I buy mine fresh from the Sri Lankan groceries on the east side of Parliament Street, south of Wellesley. There are a few shops there all in a row. They all have them.
