Had a really nice meal there last night (July 12, 2008.) A friend had the cold cucumber/avocado soup, which was amazingly good. I had the Pernil, which was one of the most beautifully presented dishes I've had in a while - gorgeous plating all around. Would have liked a bit more spice, but Luis, our waiter, tells us that anything can be spiced correctly by request - they've toned the peppers down for a Berkshire audience.
Earlier reviews of the place (in the Globe, etc.) focused on it as a nightclub - they've evidently limited that part of their business and now are open only one night for dancing - 11pm on Saturday nights for Latin night.
Altogether, a very good deal (dinner for three, two courses for $80) and very pretty food.

I love Sabor. I have eaten there about four or five times, most recently for Valentine's Day and my favorite dish is the sea bass. I have tried the Paella and the salmon, both of which were great, but I always go back to the sea bass. My boyfriend always gets the steak. The guac is fresh and delicious and their homemade tortilla chips are fab! Thinking of taking friends who are in town there tonight, in fact.
