There's plenty of places. Most gastropubs keep their kitchens open until 1, I know the Royal Tavern does. I think Yakitori Boy serves after midnight, but not sure. And of course there's the diners (Oregon Diner is my fave).
Monk's Cafe, Tria, Grace's Tavern, The Good Dog, Little Pete's ( They will even deliver that late), The Szechuan Tasty House, Banana Leaf ( Both of these will deliver late as well) and Jim's Steaks on the weekends.
